Icon-making folks, I need your assistance, please.

If any of you who are good at this kind of thing are willing (and I know several of my LJ friend are VERY good at it), I'd be astonishingly appreciative if you could make me a couple of icons. What I'm looking for are hurt!Sam, BAMF!Sam and hurt!Castiel or BAMF!Castiel, maybe with some words, not personalized to my username but fitting quotes from SPN. Nothing too specific because anything that someone is kind enough to create for me will be more than enough to make me unbelievably grateful. I'd be more than willing to write a fic for anyone who wants it, obviously. I've got fic up to my eyeballs but no skills with making pictures or banners or icons.
