She's almost 11 now! My older daughter is 16.

And yes, I am retired from SPN writing, or at least on an extended hiatus. I may go back to writing pre-series fics one day but I can't write the boys the way the writers have made them totally unrecognizable last season. I'll keep watching and reading though!!

Sam'nDean stopped being the Sam'nDean I used to know and love way back in season 4. I had a premonition that when they sang that song together in the car ( *heartbreaks* ), that was their last Sam'nDean moment. Ha, little did I know how true it was ( for me )! Castiel was the one that made me keep on watching it but even he had started getting unrecognizable ( for me ). I've only watched one episode from season 9!

I watched all of season 9 and will watch all of season 10. I'll keep watching no matter what but there was an episode in S9 where Sam took a reference to Lisa and made it into a shitty smartass dig at Dean and I was like WHO IS THAT PERSON? That person is not Sam Winchester. That is not a thing Sam Winchester would do. Ever. The writers need to go back and watch the early seasons so they can figure out who these guys are.

How come you stopped posting on LJ? I know a lot of people use AO3 nowadays but it's a shame to lose the LJ presence. =(

Most of the people on my flist were SPN fans, and I wasn't writing SPN anymore. Even the last few months I was posting SPN fic, I hardly ever got any comments on it anyway.

My Teen Wolf fic is all on Full Moon Ficlet, which is on LJ, just not my personal journal. I have thought about putting it on there, just haven't decided yet. I'm just not sure if the people who are on my flist would really be interested in it.

However, I am still an SPN fangirl at heart and still loyally watching. S9 was really disappointing to me but I hold out hope for this to be a better season and for Sam and Dean to turn back into Sam and Dean again instead of the strangers they seemed to be in S9.

I think a lot of people have gone off Spn, me included. I stopped watching before the end of S8 and don't regret it. I'm sure I'll go back to it at some point but it's not the right time. I also think that those of us who have been vocal (but not bitchy and derogatory) about not watching any more have been left out in the cold, kinda like people don't care if you're not 100% about Spn. It's very sad. I'm still reading the odd Wincest fic here and there, though, I'll always love that, no matter whst!

As for comments on LJ, there seems to be less in general, IMO. It's much easier to leave Kudos on AO3 for most people...still, that shows that people are reading. I'll go over and read @ Full Moon Ficlet when I get a chance. =D
