Question about posting mp3

I had someone record a podfic for me recently, but I can't figure out how to post it. It's an mp3, and plays on my computer via Windows Media Player. Any ideas?

Most people upload them to places like MediaFire or RapidShare and just share the link. I think box.com will let you offer it for d/l or stream, too. If you're unsure how to do it, you can send me the file and I'll do it for you and give you the links to post. :)

Got it! To link to it, type this:

[a href="https://rapidshare.com/files/447045688/101.mp3">STORY NAME HERE[/a]

And replace all the [] with <>
