Writing projects
Jan. 28th, 2013 11:54 pmMy spnslash BB is almost finished. I need to find a beta for it. I have a feeling this story is going to be a tough sell - Dean is a main character and regular fixture in Sam & Cas' lives, even though he's involved in a relationship of his own. It's a very slow build toward the Sassy action, with lots of exposition. But I like it, and I guess that's really all that matters.
My mpreg bigbang has been done for a while, and it's been claimed by a fab artist. It's not in SPN fandom. Again, it's not a super exciting story but it feels right, the story of partners dealing with an unplanned pregnancy and how their life and relationship change as a result.
It's only January and a good bit of work has already been done for the spn_j2_bigbang. My writing partner and I are having so much fun putting it together, it's not like work at all. Hopefully we'll be able to work in all of our ideas :)
Feeling very unsure about my snapshots table. Right now I'm thinking I might continue writing a ficlet for each of the prompts, and then posting it all as one big story once it's done. Each ficlet stands alone, but they all build on each other and there is a linear timeline, so it might work well that way.
Anyway, enough rambling for me. What's my flist working on these days? How many of y'all are doing the spn_j2_bigbang? Any other fun challenges going on that people are involved in?
