Updates on my exciting life

I'm home and had a spectacular time seeing my family this weekend. Due to the weather, my Saturday evening flight home was cancelled, and instead of flipping out, I decided to just count it as a bonus, an extra day with family I don't get to see very often. The wedding was amazing.

Sunday, the closest airport I could get a flight from was BWI. So, I rented a car, drove 3 hours, got on a plane and came home exhausted. Word to the wise: If you're flying AirTran, cough up the extra $49 for business class. You get your own special security line, you board first, you don't have to pay to check any bags, AND you get free booze on the flight. Totally worth it.

Here are my current writing WIPs:

Evil!Sam challenge: About halfway done. It's the shortest thing I have to do and is proving to be the toughest one to finish for some reason. I haven't written much evil!Sam so I guess that's why.

spn_cinema - I have a rough draft almost done, about 2300 words so far. Lots of work to go on that one.

MPREG big bang - OK, I've never written mpreg OR a bigbang. Plus, this is not my usual fandom (Angel instead of SPN). But so far it's going really really well. I have 11K words finished already, that's just on a first draft, and still have one more chapter plus an epilogue rolling around in my head.
